Privacy Policy
At Deadweightkv we treat privacy as an editorial commitment, not as a clause to be ticked. This document explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you visit deadweightkv.com, why we do it and what control you keep over it at all times.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Deadweightkv Editorial Studio S.L., with registered office at Calle Velázquez 78, 3rd floor, 28006 Madrid, Spain. You can reach us at privacy@deadweightkv.com for any matter related to your personal data.
2. What data we collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email and the content of your message) and non-identifying technical data when your browser interacts with the site, always subject to consent given through the cookie banner.
3. What we use it for
We use your data exclusively to reply to your message, keep a minimal record of the conversation and, if you so choose, to measure the editorial quality of the site in aggregate form. We do not run automated profiling or take decisions with legal effects based solely on algorithms.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation) for forms and non-essential cookies, and legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) for basic site security and abuse prevention.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share strictly necessary information with technology providers contracted under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (web hosting, digital measurement tools based on Google Consent Mode v2 and anti-spam services). The current list is available on request.
6. Retention periods
Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of 18 months from the last contact, unless applicable law requires a longer period. Technical data is anonymised at 30-day intervals.
7. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacy@deadweightkv.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with regulations.
8. Updates
When this policy is updated, we will keep previous versions in our editorial archive and publish a prominent notice on the home page for at least 14 calendar days.
